Featured Job - Director @ KIPP KIPP Public Charter Schools is seeking a Director of Talent Development in Denver, CO. The Director of Talent Development will be the key leader for the Talent Team, creating the vision for talent recruitment and development at KIPP Colorado Schools. This includes implementing and managing high quality talent development programs and services to ensure the growth of KIPP Colorado’s capabilities and enable the attainment of organizational goals. The Director of Talent Development will lead and manage all aspects of the talent recruitment and staff development processes, including: recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, leadership development, strategic planning, and goal-setting and will be involved in setting the KIPP Colorado’s human resource strategic direction and policies.
